Our Story: A Passion for History,
Precision in Every Scale
Our journey began in 2013 in Madrid, when we decided to bring Barrage Minutures to life, driven by our interest in history and wargaming and backed by Club de juegos Dragón.
Over the years, we have established ourselves as the number one world reference in creating ships and landing craft. The quality, detail, and historical accuracy of our models have been recognized and reviewed by prestigious community outlets such as The Miniatures Page and Wargames Illustrated.
About us: Alfredo and Clara
- Alfredo: Pilot, navigator, and military history specialist. His expertise in 3D modeling and printing allows him to craft every miniature with rigorous accuracy. In recent years, he has also poured his experience into developing new rulebooks, which you can check out at rattenkrieg.com.
- Clara: Master of Arts, philologist, translator, and currently a high school teacher. Her management skills and creative vision led our 2021 Kickstarter campaign to success-a major milestone in the growth of Barrage Minutures.
Barrage Miniatures Today: An International Project
Back in the 2000s, both of us collaborated on projects ranging from PC game development to commercial aviation and museum design, among others.
After several successful year in and significant growth of our business in 2021 we took a step forward in our operations. Today, we manage our activity across two European locations:
- In Spain: We maintain our creative core, design, and part of the production.
- In Bulgaria (EU): We handle part of the manufacturing and shipping, benefiting from a favorable tax environment for small businesses, which allows us to remain efficient and competitive for all our customers.
